As of June 8th 2023 Finnish stock listed company Boreo Plc has acquired entire share capital of Delfin Technologies Ltd. We will continue operating under the name of Delfin Technologies Ltd as part of Boreo’s Electronics Business Area.

We would like to inform our customers and partners that our operations will continue as normal. Our head office will stay in Kuopio, Finland.
